Customer-Side Downtime. We will not be responsible under any circumstances for any delays or deficiencies in the provision of, or access to, the Services to the extent that such delays or deficiencies are caused by your actions or omissions (“Customer-Side Downtime”). Customer-Side Downtime includes, but is not limited to, any period of time during which we require your participation or we require information, directions, or authorization from you but cannot reach your Authorized Contact(s).
