Common use of Customer to assist Clause in Contracts

Customer to assist. The Customer must: (a) upon request by the Scheme Owner, supply to the Scheme Owner any relevant document or information in the possession or control of the Customer, which would assist the Scheme Owner in making an estimate under clause 12.10; (b) permit the Scheme Owner or any person authorised by the Scheme Owner to have access to, and read, any electricity meter recording electricity used in connection with the taking of water; and (c) permit the Scheme Owner or any person authorised by the Scheme Owner to have access to the land of the Customer for any purpose reasonably associated with the performance of this Agreement or carrying out its responsibilities in connection with the management of the Distribution Network.
