You agree that you will not hold Platform or Bank liable for any damages, including financial losses, resulting from a recipient's decision not to accept a payment made using the Services. If you order Platform or Bank to stop a preauthorized payment three (3) business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and Bank/Platform does not do so, Bank will be liable for your losses or damages.
