Common use of Customer Usage Data Clause in Contracts

Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to Universal Telecom when the end user has been transferred to Universal Telecom, and Universal Telecom purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL. 7.2 ALLTEL will provide usage data for Universal Telecom customers using ALLTEL-provided Resale Services. Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information: 7.2.1 All record types that are currently processed for ALLTEL customers. 7.2.2 Use of CLASS/ Custom Features; 7.2.3 Station level detail for ALLTEL - provided CENTREX families of services; and 7.2.4 Complete call detail and complete timing information for Resale Services; 7.3 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data for completed calls only for service offerings that ALLTEL records for itself (e.g., Local Measured Services) and recordings performed on the behalf of ALLTEL for operator services and directory assistance. 7.4 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom only for Universal Telecom Customers. ALLTEL will not submit other carriers’ local usage data as part of the Universal Telecom Usage Data. 7.5 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data in EMI format. 7.6 ALLTEL will include the Working Telephone Number (WTN) of the call originator on each EMI call record. 7.7 End user customer usage records and station level detail records will be in packs in accordance with EMI guidelines. 7.8 ALLTEL will transmit formatted Usage Data to Universal Telecom via CONNECT: Direct or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Universal Telecom is responsible for the connection. 7.9 Universal Telecom and ALLTEL will test and certify the CONNECT: Direct interface to ensure the accurate transmission of Usage Data. Universal Telecom will pay to ALLTEL a per message charge for ALLTEL’s transmission of usage data to Universal Telecom. 7.10 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom daily (Monday through Friday) on a daily on a time schedule to be determined by the Parties. By mutual agreement of both Parties, this schedule can be amended with 30 days written notice. 7.11 ALLTEL will establish a single point of contact to respond to Universal Telecom call usage, data error, and record transmission inquiries. 7.12 ALLTEL will xxxx and Universal Telecom will pay the applicable charges for Usage Data set forth in this Agreement. By mutual agreement of both Parties, this schedule can be amended with 30 days written notice. 7.11 ALLTEL will establish a single point of contact to respond to Universal Telecom Tel-America call usage, data error, and record transmission inquiries. 7.12 ALLTEL will xxxx and Universal Telecom Tel-America will pay the applicable charges for Usage Data set forth in this Agreement. Billing and payment will be in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to Universal Telecom Networks City when the end user has been transferred to Universal TelecomNetworks City, and Universal Telecom Networks City purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL. 7.2 ALLTEL will provide usage data for Universal Telecom Networks City customers using ALLTEL-provided Resale Services. Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information: 7.2.1 All record types that are currently processed for ALLTEL customers. 7.2.2 Use of CLASS/ Custom Features; 7.2.3 Station level detail for ALLTEL - provided CENTREX families of services; and 7.2.4 Complete call detail and complete timing information for Resale Services; 7.3 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data for completed calls only for service offerings that ALLTEL records for itself (e.g., Local Measured Services) and recordings performed on the behalf of ALLTEL for operator services and directory assistance. 7.4 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom Networks City only for Universal Telecom Networks City Customers. ALLTEL will not submit other carriers’ local usage data as part of the Universal Telecom Networks City Usage Data. 7.5 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data in EMI format. 7.6 ALLTEL will include the Working Telephone Number (WTN) of the call originator on each EMI call record. 7.7 End user customer usage records and station level detail records will be in packs in accordance with EMI guidelines. 7.8 ALLTEL will transmit formatted Usage Data to Universal Telecom Networks City via CONNECT: Direct or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Universal Telecom Networks City is responsible for the connection. 7.9 Universal Telecom Networks City and ALLTEL will test and certify the CONNECT: Direct interface to ensure the accurate transmission of Usage Data. Universal Telecom Networks City will pay to ALLTEL a per message charge for ALLTEL’s transmission of usage data to Universal TelecomNetworks City. 7.10 ALLTEL will provide Usage Data to Universal Telecom Networks City daily (Monday through Friday) on a daily on a time schedule to be determined by the Parties.
