Usage Data. 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.
Usage Data. The Verizon Toolbar may communicate certain non-personally identifiable usage information to Verizon and/or third party licensors to help Verizon and its licensors compile aggregate statistical usage data for the Verizon Toolbar including but not limited to data regarding the number of Verizon Toolbar installations, unique users and searches performed. Such aggregated statistical information will not include any information that individually identifies Verizon Toolbar users. The Verizon Toolbar collects user's IP addresses for the sole purpose of enabling proper geographic localization, such as presenting weather information based on a user's current location. While the IP address is stored for backup purposes, neither Verizon nor its licensors use this information for any purpose other than geographic localization. The Verizon Toolbar does not collect any information that individually identifies users.
Usage Data. Licensee understands that Flexera Software may utilize technology that gathers information about Licensee’s computer system, however, such data is used solely for the purpose of understanding machine types and other system-oriented information and does not contain any personally identifiable information of Licensee.
Usage Data. The parties shall co-operate in gathering any data on usage of the Licensed Material that is available to them during the term of this Sub-Licence, and shall provide such data to each other upon request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.
Usage Data. Licensor shall provide usage statistics to Licensee on a monthly basis in conformance with the COUNTER Code of Practice and/or the Guidelines for the Statistical Measures of Usage of Web-Based Indexed, Abstracted, and Full Text Resources (December 2001), adopted and approved by the International Consortium of Library Consortia.
Usage Data. We collect and store information related to your use of the Services, such as use of SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and filtering choices and usage. You agree that we use this information for our general business purposes and may disclose the information to third parties in aggregate statistical form, provided that we do not include any information that could be used to identify you.
Usage Data. Directly will not disclose (except as expressly provided herein) data relating to Customer’s use of the Services, but may internally use data about usage of the Services (“Usage Data”) and may disclose Usage Data to the extent it does not identify or reasonably could be used to identify Customer or any individual user or otherwise constitute personal data.
Usage Data. Unless Customer chooses to disable and opt-out of this functionality, Puppet may collect and use information automatically generated by the Software regarding Customer’s use of the Software, which includes the browser and operating systems types and versions used, installer commands, web interface clicks, mouse gestures, data relating to the submission of online forms (but not the content of the forms), IP addresses, and page views, URLs visited within the Software, error messages and related data about Software errors where Software is hosted by Puppet or its provider(s) or Customer or its provider(s) (“Usage Data”) and Customer consents to such collection and use per this section. Puppet may use and share the Usage Data with third parties to help Puppet improve the user experience and the Software. The Usage Data collected and used by Puppet is de-identified so that it does not reveal the name, role, contact details or other real world identifiers of Customer's users. In all cases the Usage Data collected shall be Puppet’s sole property and confidential information.
Usage Data. If requested, Licensor shall provide to Licensee statistics regarding the usage of the Licensed Materials by Licensee and/or its Authorized Users according to the then current standards in the industry
Usage Data. Publisher acknowledges that the operation of the Xbox Live service requires that Microsoft collect and store Xbox Live User usage data, including, without limitation, Xbox Live User statistics, scores, ratings, and rankings (collectively, “Xbox Live User Data”), as well as personally-identifiable Xbox Live User data (e.g., name, email address) (“Personal Data”). Microsoft reserves the right, in its discretion, to use such Xbox Live User Data for any purpose, including without limitation, posting the Xbox Live User Data on Xxxx.xxx or other Microsoft Web sites. Microsoft agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to periodically make certain Xbox Live User Data and Personal Data available to Publisher; provided that Publisher’s use of such data is in accordance with the then-current Xbox Live Privacy Statement and such other reasonable restrictions as Microsoft may require. Without limiting the foregoing, Publisher agrees that any disclosure of Personal Data to Publisher is only used by Publisher and may not be shared with any other third parties, and any permitted email communications with Xbox Live Users includes instructions for opting out of receiving any further communications from Publisher.
