Customers and Sales. SCHEDULE 1.1 to this Agreement is a correct and current list of all customers of Seller for the business to be sold pursuant to this Agreement. Seller has no information and is not aware of any facts indicating that any of these customers intend to cease doing business with Seller or materially alter the amount of the business that they are presently doing with Seller.
Customers and Sales. Schedule 2.18 is a correct and current list or all customers of the Company together with summaries of the sales made to each customer during the most recent fiscal year. Except as indicated in Schedule 2.18, neither the Company nor Seller has any information, or is aware of any facts, indicating that any of these customers intend to cease doing business with the Company or materially alter the amount of the business they are presently doing with the Company.
Customers and Sales. Section 3.11 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule contains a correct and current list of all of the customers of Seller that purchased Products from Seller within the fiscal years ended June 30, 2001 and June 30, 2002 and the period from July 1, 2002 through November 20, 2002, together with summaries of the sales made to each customer during such period. Seller has not received any written notice or other written communication indicating that any of Seller’s fifteen (15) largest customers for its fiscal year 2002 intends to cease dealing with Seller or otherwise materially reduce the volume of business transacted by such Person with Seller below the level of purchases during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2002, and Seller otherwise has no Knowledge that any such customer or other Person intends to do so (it being understood that Seller has not made any specific inquiry of any such customer as to whether such customer has such intent).
Customers and Sales. Correct and current lists of Company’s twenty (20) largest customers together with summaries of the sales made to each customer during 2006 and during 2007 are included in Section 2.15 of Schedule 2. Except as indicated in Section 2.15 of Schedule 2, no Selling Party has any information, nor is aware of any fact, indicating that any of these customers intends to cease doing business with Company or materially alter the amount of the business that such customer is presently doing with Company.
Customers and Sales. Schedule 3.7 to this Agreement is a correct and current list of all customers of Seller together with summaries of the sales made to each customer during the most recent fiscal year. Except as indicated in Schedule 3.7.1, Seller has no information nor is it aware of any facts indicating that these customers intend to cease to doing business with Seller or materially alter the amount of the business that they are presently doing with Seller.
Customers and Sales. To the Knowledge of PMC and Shareholder, no customers, distributors, sales representatives or vendors intend to cease doing business with the Company or materially alter the amount of the business that they are presently doing with the Company.
Customers and Sales. Schedule 5.13 contains Seller’s list (for a period covering the three prior fiscal years), of all present and reasonably anticipated customers of the Acquired Business together with summaries of the sales made to each customer, as applicable.

Customers and Sales. A correct and current list of all customers of Corporation whose annual purchases exceed $100,000.00, is set forth on Exhibit "2.21." There are no facts or circumstances known to the Selling Parties or any of them indicating that any customer who has ordered products or services from Corporation which have not yet been delivered intends to cancel such order. Selling Parties have no knowledge that any of the listed customers of Corporation intend to cease doing business with Corporation, or materially decrease the amount of the business that they are presently doing with Corporation.
Customers and Sales. Included as a part of Schedule 6.10 to this Agreement is a correct and current list of all of Company’s customers who have done business with Company during the most recent fiscal year together with summaries of the sales made to each such customer during such fiscal year. Company has no knowledge that any of these customers intend to cease doing business with Company or materially alter the amount of business they are presently doing with Company.
