Other than as identified in Part 2.9 of the Disclosure Schedule, neither the Seller nor Shareholder has received any notice or other communication (in writing or otherwise), and neither the Seller nor Shareholder has received any other information, indicating that any customer or other Person identified or required to be identified in Part 2.9 of the Disclosure Schedule may cease dealing with the Seller or may otherwise reduce the volume of business transacted by such Person with the Seller below historical levels. Neither the Seller nor Shareholder has received any notice or other communication (in writing or otherwise), or has received any other information, indicating that any distributor of any of the Seller's products may cease acting as a distributor of such products or otherwise dealing with the Seller.
