Customer’s financial liability. The Customer is aware of the risks inherent in investment activities and is liable for the financial results and taxation consequences of its activities and investment decisions. This liability is vested with the Customer regardless of whether the Bank has conducted a suitability and appropriateness test with regard to the Customer or the Derivative Contract. The Customer is aware of the fact that an investment decision cannot be based merely on marketing of and marketing material on a Derivative Contract but on the information on the Derivative Contract as a whole. The Bank does not give any tax advice to the Customer by virtue of these Terms and Conditions.
