Common use of Customer's Information Clause in Contracts

Customer's Information. The Executive understands and acknowledges that each customer of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may disclose information that will be within the Company’s control in connection with the Company’s furnishing of services to its customer. The Executive covenants and agrees to hold such information in the strictest confidence and shall treat such information in the same manner and be obligated by the provisions of this Agreement as if such information were Confidential and Proprietary Information, as defined in Section 8(b) hereof.
