Common use of Customer’s Licenses with Right of Use Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Licenses with Right of Use. 2.2.1 Subject to the Customer's fulfilment of the Customer's obligations under the SAAS Agreement, includ- ing, without limitation, payment of any and all applicable Subscription Fees, EFI hereby grants to the Customer, subject to the restrictions in Section 3 below, a non-exclusive, non-transferable License, limited in scope and for the duration of the Subscription Period (or Free Trial License), with a right of use to the Service according to the terms in this SAAS Agreement.
