Freemium. If you offer a free or trial version of an ads API app, you must allow no more than 50 ad creations per day per customer, require phone or email verification for all new accounts, and prohibit affiliate networks from using your technology.

Freemium. 2.2.6.1 Freemium (Free Trial Licenses) may be applied for a period ending at the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period offered with Freemium, or (b) the start date for any paid Subscription for a License. Freemium is accessible only for the maximum number of User for which free User Licenses are offered. If Freemium is converted to a paid Subscription for the Service, Xxxxxx will charge the Customer the Subscription Fees as of initiation of the Subscription Period. 2.2.6.2 FREEMIUM LICENSE IS OFFERED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY QUALIFICATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR SUPPORT SERVICES, AND ZENSAI DISCLAIMS ANY ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED (EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW), OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER. XXXXXX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. XXXXXX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE COMPANY PLATFORM IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT OPERATION OF THE COMPANY PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED. FREEMIUM SHALL EXCLUDE ALL CUSTOMER RIGHTS OF REMEDIES, INCLUDING THE REMEDIES STATED IN SECTION 10. THE LIABILITIES OF ZENSAI SHALL BE LIMITED AS STATED IN SECTION 12. NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 12.3, FOR ANY FREE TRIAL LICENSE, THE LIABILITY OF ZENSAI SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.00. 2.2.6.3 Acceptance of additional terms and conditions in addition to this SAAS Agreement may be required to obtain Freemium License. 2.2.6.4 If the Customer does not purchase a Subscription before the end of the free trial period (if such is areed), any data entered into an Zensai Service by the Customer will be permanently lost after the trial period has expired.
Freemium. Bellwether may provide a limited-functionality version of Product or SaaS (“Freemium”), with or without time restriction, for Evaluation or Trial.

  • Premium Once your contract of insurance has been concluded, we will send you an invoice (also referred to as a debit note). You must pay the premium due in accordance with the amounts and payment dates specified in the invoice. Failure to meet the payment date may lead insurers to cancel your policy. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. Where insurers have specified that the premium must be received by a certain date, failure to comply can result in automatic termination of your insurance contract.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.
