Customer’s Obligation to Indemnify PTC. Customer, at Customer’s own expense, will indemnify and hold PTC harmless from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including PTC’s attorneys’ reasonable fees) arising out of any third party claim resulting from any of the circumstances listed in any of the clauses of Section 6.3 above.
