Common use of Customer's Obligations Prior to Installation Clause in Contracts

Customer's Obligations Prior to Installation. Customer, at its expense, shall be responsible for preparing, on or before the estimated installation date, the Site for the System in accordance with the Instructions. If installation of the System is prevented or delayed because of Customer's failure to prepare the Site, TSG shall use reasonable efforts to install the System upon Customer's compliance with this Article and upon payment of all reasonable expenses incurred by TSG resulting from Customer's failure to prepare the Site.
