Common use of Customer’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Responsibilities. 2.1. The Customer should exercise due care when receiving information from the Bank on his mobile by ensuring that third parties do not have access to such information and/or by refraining from disclosing such information to third parties. It is advisable that the Customer deletes SMS Alerts he no longer requires in order to minimize the potential risk in case his mobile is stolen. 2.2. The Customer shall notify the Bank promptly on telephone number 000 0000 or send an email to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx for any change in his designated mobile number or upon loss/theft of his mobile phone. If the notice is received within business hours the service will be stopped on the same day. However, if the notice is received after business hours, the service will be stopped on the next working day. 2.3. Customers may request for termination of the SMS Alerts Service any time by giving notice in writing or by sending an email to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx . The service will be discontinued within 2 working days after receipt of such notice by the Bank. 2.4. The Customer acknowledges that his mobile number must be active and accessible in order to receive alerts. 2.5. The Customer acknowledges that some alerts will be generated as and when the particular event happens.

However, if the notice day and in case it is received reported after business hours, the service it will be stopped on the next working day. 2.3. Customers may request for termination of the SMS Alerts Service any time by giving notice in writing or by sending an email to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx. The service will be discontinued within 2 working days after receipt of such notice by the Bank. 2.4.
