Release Support Period. XxxXX shall provide Support Services for a release of the Supported Software if such release was made generally available during the previous 12 months.
Release Support Period. Upland shall support a release of the Application if such release (a) was made generally available during the previous twelve months; and (b) is no more than one major release (e.g. 2.0 to 3.0) behind the most current release of the Application. Other versions of the Application shall not be supported unless Upland and Customer mutually agree otherwise in writing. Major release upgrades are not included in the standard fees and must be purchased separately.
