Common use of Customer’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Responsibilities. Axon’s successful performance of the Channel Services requires Customer: 8.1. Make available its relevant systems for assessment by Axon (including making these systems available to Axon via remote access); 8.2. Provide access to the building facilities and where Axon is to perform the Channel Services, subject to safety and security restrictions imposed by the Customer (including providing security passes or other necessary documentation to Axon representatives performing the Channel Services permitting them to enter and exit Customer premises with laptop personal computers and any other materials needed to perform the Channel Services); 8.3. Provide all necessary infrastructure and software information (TCP/IP addresses, node names, and network configuration) for Axon to provide the Channel Services;
