Common use of Customer’s Right of Refusal Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Right of Refusal. The Contractor will be given between four (4) business hours and one (1) Business Day to confirm availability of a Contingent Staff to fill a request. However, if the Customer and Contractor agree that a position is “hard-to-fill,” the Customer may allow up to five (5) Business Days for the Contractor to confirm availability of a Contingent Staff. In the event that the Subcontractor is unable to fill the job request, the Customer may cancel the request.
