Common use of Customer’s Usage Right Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Usage Right. Subject to Customer’s material compliance with its obligations under this Agreement, HiveMQ grants Customer, on a limited, non-exclusive and (subject to the Sections “Use by Affiliates and Third Parties” and “Use by Authorized Affiliates”) non-transferable basis, the right to access and use the SaaS, the Documentation and any output of the Related Services solely for the Purpose.
