Data Usage. We may use Data for the following purposes (in each case to the extent permitted by law):
Data Usage. Unless you receive the express consent of your customer, you may not retain, track, monitor, store or otherwise use Data beyond the scope of the specific transaction. Further, unless you get the express written consent of PayPal and each Acquiring Bank and/or the Card Companies, as applicable, you agree that you will not use nor disclose the Card Data for any purpose other than to support payment for your goods and services. Card Data must be completely removed from your systems, and any other place where you store Card Data, within 24 hours after you receive an authorization decision unless you have received the express consent of your customer to retain the Card Data for the sole purpose of processing recurring payments. To the extent that Card Data resides on your systems and other storage locations, it should do so only for the express purpose of processing your transactions. All Data and other information provided to you by PayPal in relationship to the Services and all Card Data will remain the property of PayPal, its Acquiring Bank or the Card Companies, as appropriate. If you are using ACP and VT for payments received through a partner platform service provider, you may not be receiving Card Data, but may receive other confidential information about another PayPal customer in order to fulfill the transaction and you will continue to be bound by the terms of our PayPal User Agreement.
Data Usage. Voice calls over Wi-Fi use a wireless internet connection, so in addition to the standard call charges above, each User will also use data of the wireless network they are connected to. Vodafone shall not be liable for any data charges incurred for this usage.

Data Usage. CEVOTEC’s Software, among other functionality, creates Data. CEVOTEC as author of the Data through its Software grants the Licensee an exclusive license to the Data created regarding viewing, making available to the public, manipulating, altering, further processing, and working with the Data in any other software.
Data Usage. Data usage rates may vary from those stated as a result of rounding rules including, without limitation, rounding up to the nearest cent and rounding for minimum message length. Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol overhead characters shall be added to all data transmissions which characters shall be included in the calculation of kilobytes used. Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by the parties, there shall be no pooling of kilobytes between Devices. For the purposes of aggregating monthly data usage Rogers may, at its discretion, aggregate prior to and/or subsequent to rating and rounding certain data transmissions. Customer will be charged for all data usage sent through Rogers’ network regardless of whether the Devices actually receive the information. Compression may impact the total amount billed to Customer’s account. Rogers’ network may resend data packets to ensure complete delivery and Customer will be billed for these resent packets. Customer agrees that to the extent there is any dispute as to the amount of data transmitted to and from a Device in a particular period of time then the amount of data transmitted as determined by Rogers’ billing system shall govern. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Xxxxxxxx agrees that Customer will not and will cause its end users to not use any Device or other feature of the Services to, directly or indirectly:
Data Usage. NTOP agrees not to supply to Upfield the data they receive from Farmer pursuant to this Agreement except in an aggregated form (in other words, Upfield will not be given any data that individually identifies the Farmer).

Notwithstanding the confidentiality provisions in Clause 13 as they may relate to the use of Services Data, the Parties agree that all Services Data may be collected, aggregated, hosted, mined or otherwise stored and maintained by Lonza and its Affiliates, Subcontractors and External Laboratories in a data platform utilized by Lonza to develop and improve services for the benefit of Lonza’s customers (the “Data Platform”). Customer hereby grants to Lonza a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable license solely to use Services Data in a blinded and aggregated format for Lonza’s purposes of (i) research, development, commercialization of, and securing rights to, development, manufacturing and testing systems, platforms, and service offerings, and (ii) use of the Data Platform for provision of services to Lonza’s customers, provided that the obligations set forth in this Clause shall at all times apply. As used in this Clause, “blinded” means neither Customer nor Drug Substances, Drug Product, Product, Customer Materials, Customer Information, Customer Background Intellectual Property and New Customer Intellectual Property or any other Customer property or information are identifiable. 11 Warranties
Data Usage. The Documentation or Order Form may specify data usage and data exchange limits. In the event that these data usage or data exchange limits are exceeded, (a) Customer may be responsible for additional data usage fees, and/or (b) Customer may experience delays or degradation in performance of the Software Service.
