Customs User Fees. 1. A Party shall not adopt or maintain a customs user fee or other similar charge in connection with importation of a good of the other Party that is not commensurate with the cost of services rendered. 2. The Parties affirm that nothing in this Article modifies Article VIII of GATT 1994 as it applies between them.
