D OJ Report Request. The Contractor shall comply with the California Vehicle Code in the immediate reporting of the removal and storage of any vehicles towed at the request of the CITY. Upon request, the Contractor shall immediately furnish the CITY with a copy of all reports which the Contractor is required to furnish the Department of Justice pursuant to the California Vehicle Code.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION Contractor hereby affirms, under penalty of perjury as provided in ORS 305.385(6), that, to the best of Contractor’s knowledge, the Contractor is not in violation of any of the tax laws described in ORS 305.380(4). For purposes of this certification, “tax laws” means a state tax imposed by ORS 320.005 to 320.150 and 403.200 to 403.250, ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 321 and 323; the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and local taxes administered by the Oregon Department of Revenue under ORS 305.620.

  • COST REPORT 29 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for each Period, or for a portion thereof, to 30 COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or 31 termination of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all 32 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this 33 Contract. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between programs, cost centers, 34 services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and consistent with prudent business 35 practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source documentation maintained by 36 CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice.

  • Compliance Certification From time to time the Sub-Adviser shall provide such certifications with respect to Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act, as are reasonably requested by the Fund or the Manager. In addition, the Sub-Adviser will, from time to time, provide a written assessment of its compliance program in conformity with current industry standards that is reasonably acceptable to the Fund to enable the Fund to fulfill its obligations under Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • Monthly Progress Report This report shall include a description of the activities during the reporting period and the activities planned for the ensuing reporting period. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period shall consist of each calendar month. The Contractor shall submit a Monthly Progress Report on or before the 15th calendar day following the last day of each reporting period and shall include the following: Title Page: The title page for this report shall include the contract number and title; the type of report and period that it covers; the Contractor’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address; and the date of submission.

  • Final Project Report Prepare a Final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the Draft Final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master and an electronic copy of the final. Upload an electronic copy of the final report in pdf format to the FAAST system.
