D TOOLS. The Port will provide adequate hand tools required by craft members of the unit in the performance of their normal duties in the same manner as provided other craft workers employed by the Port. The Port will maintain a sign-out system with respect to all tools supplied by the Port, by which these employees will maintain the responsibility for non-routine replacement of any such tools.
