Software Components. At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
Software Components. Should any component of the Software fail to conform substantially to the Software specifications during the warranty period SAP's sole obligation shall be to correct the defect by bringing the performance of the Software into substantial compliance with the specifications or replace the component.
Software Components. The Software may contain third party components. Those third party components may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Licensee is required to agree to those terms and conditions in order to use the Software.
Software Components. If your hosted voice Services include any software plug-ins or other software- as-a-service (aka SaaS) components, you agree that you will not, and you will not permit any of your employees, business associates or other end users of your Services to do any of the following: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code of the software components of your Services, (ii) use the software components of your Services for the development, production or marketing of a service or product substantially similar to your Services; (iii) build or benchmark a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions or graphics of the software components of your Service, (iv) reproduce, resell, or distribute the software components of your Service for any purpose, (v) use the software components of your Services in violation of any RCN policy or in a manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to export control, privacy, and anti-terrorism laws, rules and regulations.
Software Components. Licensor represents and warrants that it has duly obtained the right and license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software components contained in the Program; that the Program contains no software components in which any third party may claim superior or joint ownership or other right or interest; and that the Program is not a derivative work of any other software programs not owned in their entirety by Licensor.
Software Components. User may optionally retrieve other components that are offered by ThinPrint as part of the Annual License.

Software Components. 6.1 If ThinPrint products or components thereof directly or indirectly interact in any way with any Third Party Software offering the same or at least similar functionality as the ThinPrint products, an additional Agreement between ThinPrint and the End User is mandatory. Please contact ThinPrint for details.
6.2 The Software “ThinPrint Engine” may be installed on any Server. For each Named User a valid Named User license is mandatory. Licenses for users exceeding the number of licenses included with the “ThinPrint Engine” may be purchased separately.
6.3 In the event of a disruption of the availability of the ThinPrint License Server, the software may be used for the licensed Named User via a second, different server for a grace period of 15 days as of the day of the failure of the ThinPrint License Server. Upon expiry of the grace period, the list of licensed Named Users is locally deleted from the second server and the software may be accessed again after the ThinPrint License Server has been set up anew or the availability of the ThinPrint License Server has been restored.
6.4 If a license has been used by one specific Named User, the license is allocated to that specific Named User for 28 (twenty eight) days and may only be used by another Named User after expiry of the 28 days.
6.5 The software is available in a regular and a premium version. The components included with the premium version (including, without being limited hereto, the Host Integration Service), may be accessed separately. The components included with the premium version are listed at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
