Software Components Sample Clauses
Software Components. At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
Software Components. Should any component of the Software fail to conform substantially to the Software specifications during the warranty period SAP's sole obligation shall be to correct the defect by bringing the performance of the Software into substantial compliance with the specifications or replace the component.
Software Components. The Software may contain third party components. Those third party components may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Licensee is required to agree to those terms and conditions in order to use the Software.
Software Components. If your hosted voice Services include any software plug-ins or other software- as-a-service (aka SaaS) components, you agree that you will not, and you will not permit any of your employees, business associates or other end users of your Services to do any of the following: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code of the software components of your Services, (ii) use the software components of your Services for the development, production or marketing of a service or product substantially similar to your Services; (iii) build or benchmark a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions or graphics of the software components of your Service, (iv) reproduce, resell, or distribute the software components of your Service for any purpose, (v) use the software components of your Services in violation of any Grande policy or in a manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to export control, privacy, and anti-terrorism laws, rules and regulations.
Software Components. User may optionally retrieve other components that are offered by ThinPrint as part of the Annual License.
Software Components. Licensor represents and warrants that it has duly obtained the right and license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software components contained in the Program; that the Program contains no software components in which any third party may claim superior or joint ownership or other right or interest; and that the Program is not a derivative work of any other software programs not owned in their entirety by Licensor.
Software Components. The following software is required for GES Version 1.10.x:
Software Components. Regardless of the environment in which the Software is deployed, the Software must be user-based licensed as described on sections 6.2 and 6.4 below. Server-based licensing may only be chosen according to 6.1, 6.3, and 6.5. The server based licensing as described in sections 6.1 and 6.3 and the user based licensing as described in sections 6.2 and 6.4 may not be concurrently deployed on the same Server or Cluster. If ThinPrint products or components thereof directly or indirectly interact in any way with any Third Party Software offering the same or at least similar functionality as the ThinPrint products, an additional Agreement between ThinPrint and the End User is mandatory. Please contact ThinPrint for details.
Software Components. The system is comprised by 6 main software components, as shown in the following diagram (using the notation of the UML component diagrams8). 8 xxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/wiki/Component_diagram The individual descriptions and functional roles of the six components can be found in the following tables: Work Matching Pre-processor This component is the main processor of the bibliographic data from the National Libraries’ catalogues. It addresses all data heterogeneity and data quality issues, so that the rest of the system may function on consistent data formats. It applies data cleaning, information extraction and data transformation techniques. It extracts work metadata from bibliographic records, normalization of work metadata, Data preparation for similarity search. TEL Similarity Search Engine This component provides the means to make similarity queries to work metadata by similarity. It supports the functions of the Matching and Clustering Engine. It allows the processing for matching and clustering requests to be restricted to a subset of the catalogue’ data, that is, just to the subset of records that contain a minimal level of similarity at the title and author level with the target manifestation. Function: Indexing and retrieval of works by similarity TEL Metadata Repository This component provides storage for the bibliographic records of the catalogues of national libraries and the corresponding work metadata. Function: Storage of data TEL Matching and Clustering Engine This component is responsible for carrying out the requests from ARROW regarding the matching and clustering of manifestations. It applies duplicate detection techniques that do not require data to be encoded in the same way, or the existence of identifiers, to detect matches between records. Both kinds of requests are a form of duplicate detection, although with some differences. In manifestation matching, it is a case of duplicate detection on the manifestation specific part of the bibliographic records. In manifestation clustering, it is applied to the work metadata extracted from the bibliographic records. Separate criterions, which define how matches and clusters are carried out, were defined for both requests. It supports uncertainty in the matches of manifestations, by calculating a matching probability. For the clusters that it detects, a consolidated work metadata is built, comprising all the work metadata found in the manifestations that form the cluster. Functions: • Execut...
