D4 Health and Safety. D4.1 The Contractor shall take all necessary measures to comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Xxx 0000 and any other acts, orders, regulations and codes of practice relating to health and safety, which may apply to Staff and other persons working on XXX’x premises in the performance of the Contract.
