Daily Minimums Sample Clauses

The Daily Minimums clause establishes a required minimum amount of work, service, or payment that must be met each day under the agreement. In practice, this could mean that a contractor is guaranteed a set number of hours of work per day, or a service provider is paid for a minimum daily amount regardless of actual usage. This clause ensures predictability and financial security for the party providing the service or labor, while also clarifying expectations and reducing disputes over daily compensation or workload.
