Damage and Alteration of Campus. User and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, guests and invitees will not injure, damage, mar or deface the Campus, its associated facilities, the parking areas, the areas surrounding the Campus and improvements, appurtenances and any equipment contained or located therein. User will not cause or permit anything to be done which in any way injures, damages, mars or defaces the Campus, its associated facilities, the parking areas, the areas surrounding the Campus and improvements, appurtenances and equipment contained or located thereon. User will immediately report any damage to the Licensed Area and/or the Common Areas for repair by the Commission's authorized contractor. User will upon demand reimburse Commission for the cost of any such repairs. Commission will not be responsible to User for the lack of use of any portion of Licensed Area due to repairs of such damage to the Licensed Area generally.
