Damage and repairs to Work. The Developer, at its own cost, is to repair and make good to the reasonable satisfaction of Council any Loss or damage to an Item of Work from any cause whatsoever which occurs prior to the date on which Hand-over is achieved in respect of an Item of Work, except to the extent that such Loss is directly or indirectly caused or contributed to by Council.
