Common use of Damage by Other Tenants Clause in Contracts

Damage by Other Tenants. The cost of any repair to remedy damage caused by or resulting from the negligence of any other tenants in the Project, including their agents, servants, employees, or invitees, together with the costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in attempting to recover such costs.
