Performance of Construction. If the immovable is not yet constructed when this Agreement is signed, the Borrower shall finish the construction before , in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Lender and with accepted practice.
Performance of Construction. All sanitary sewers will be constructed by Dekalb County or by such contractors as Dekalb County may designate from time to time. All sanitary sewer construction performed by a private contractor shall be guaranteed against defects in contractor-supplied material and workmanship for a minimum period of one (1) year from the final inspection date. Construction will be under the supervision of Dekalb County.
Performance of Construction. Borrower shall coordinate the construction so that all work and materials shall be in accordance with good building practices and in conformity with all governmental laws and regulations and in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Performance of Construction a. Lessee shall after the awarding of the construction contracts cause the commencement and diligent continuance of the construction of the Project (all items of work shown on the Specifications for the construction of the Project are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Project Work")
b. All Project Work shall be performed pursuant to good construction practices and sound professional standards, and in compliance with all laws and legal regulatory requirements of Governmental Authorities relating to the construction and the performance of the work. All construction shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, utilizing good quality materials. As relates to this Agreement, Lessee shall be solely responsible for all means, methods and techniques in the performance of all Project Work. As relates to this Agreement, Lessee shall be responsible for the supervision of the Project Work, and shall advise SEDA as to the progress of such work. SEDA and its designated engineer may attend any meeting with the construction manager and contractors and may visit the job site to inspect the progress and performance of the work during normal business hours upon prior notice to Lessee.
c. The Project Work shall be performed in a diligent and continuous fashion utilizing an adequate workforce in order to expeditiously construct the Project.
d. During the course of the Project Work, Lessee may order changes in the Project Work within the general scope of the plans, consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions that Lessee deems necessary or desirable, provided that such changes are in conformity with the requirements of the Governmental Authorities.
Performance of Construction. The Borrower will cause the construction of the Improvements to be performed diligently and continuously (except as otherwise permitted hereby) in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Construction Documents.
Performance of Construction. With respect to the construction of the Project, the Borrowers are taking or causing to be taken all action, making or causing to be made all Contracts and, if required, Subcontracts, and doing or causing to be done all things necessary to construct the Project diligently to Final Completion in accordance with the Construction Component of the Budget, the Construction Documents and all applicable laws.

Lessee has elected to use its own contractors, build-out the Leased Premises pursuant to Lessee’s plans and specifications using a contractor chosen from a list acceptable to Lessee under a bid process approved by Lessee. All portions of work with a cost in excess of $5,000.0 shall be awarded, with Lessee’s approval after obtaining three competitive bids. Lessee shall have complete access to the bids and shall have the right to approve the contractor and all fees and other charges paid to the Contractor. There shall be no Lessor supervision or construction management fee. The final cost and any additional costs due to changes must be approved by Lessee. The contractor and its work shall be subject to the supervision and satisfaction of Lessee. Alternatively, Lessee may engage its own contractors to perform construction the identity of which shall be approved by Lessor which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. 1. No advertisement, picture or sign of any sort shall be displayed on or outside the Premises without the prior written consent of Lessor. Lessor shall have the right to remove any such unapproved item without notice and at Lessee’s expense.
2. Lessee shall not regularly park motor vehicles or trailers in designated parking areas after the conclusion of normal daily business activity.
3. Lessee shall not use any method of heating or air conditioning other than that supplied by Lessor without the consent of Lessor.
4. All window coverings installed by Lessee and visible from the outside of the building require the prior written approval of Lessor.
5. Lessee shall not use, keep or permit to be used to keep any foul or noxious gas or substance or any flammable or combustible materials on or around the Premises.
6. Lessee shall not alter any lock or install any new locks or bolts on any door at the Premises without the prior consent of Lessor.
7. Lessee agrees not to make any duplicate keys without the prior consent of Lessor.
8. Lessee shall park motor vehicles in those general parking areas as designated by Lessor except for loading and unloading. During those periods of loading and unloading, Lessee shall not unreasonably interfere with traffic flow within the Industrial Center and loading and unloading areas of other Lessees.

Performance of Construction. The Construction of the Project shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Concession Agreement and the provisions of Volume 11 (Design, Construction and Quality Control) and Volume 8 (Engineering) and all other Contract Documents, including the Winning Bid.
Performance of Construction. All materials and construction work on the house are to be supplied and performed by contractors and vendors selected by Remington Homes in its sole discretion. In the event that Buyer or a contractor hired by Buyer performs work on the house prior to closing, then Remington Homes’ shall have no liability under its express warranty described below or under any implied warranty for any work performed by Buyer or its contractor or for any modifications made by Buyer or Buyer’s contractor to any work performed by, or materials or equipment furnished by, Remington Homes or Remington Homes’ contractors or vendors.
