Common use of Damage or Theft of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Damage or Theft of Personal Property. All personal property brought into the Premises shall be at the risk of the Tenant only and Landlord shall not be liable for theft thereof or any damage thereto occasioned by any acts of co-tenants, or other occupants of the Building, or any other person, except, with respect to damage to the Premises, as may be occasioned by the negligent or willful act of the Landlord, its employees and agents.

Damage or Theft of Personal Property. All personal property brought into the Premises shall be at the risk of the Tenant only only, and Landlord shall not be liable for the theft thereof or any damage thereto occasioned by any acts of co-tenants, tenants or other occupants of the Building, or any other person, except, with respect to damage to the Premises, as may be occasioned by the grossly negligent or willful act of the Landlord, its employees and agents.
