Damaged/Defective Equipment. If the Equipment is defective or inoperable, please call technical support at 0.000.000.0000. The dishNET technical support representative will determine what is wrong with the Equipment and will select the appropriate procedure set out in Section 12(e) for returning the defective or inoperable Equipment. dishNET reserves the right to change the procedures for returning Equipment. Replacement Equipment may or may not be the same model.
