Damages and Losses to Joint Property. 2.6.1. All costs or expenses necessary for the repair or replacement of Joint Property resulting from damages or losses incurred by fire, flood, storm, theft, accident, or any other cause, except insofar as those costs and expenses are caused by the wilful misconduct of the Operator. The Operator shall furnish the Government and non-Operator(s) written notice of damages or losses for each damages or loss in excess of United States Dollars Fifty Thousand (U.S 50,000.00.) as soon as after the loss as practicable.
