Damages for lower Reliability. In the event that the Reliability in a quarter exceeds 1 (one) Forced Closure in the Silo Complex, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority Damages equal to 2.5% (two point five per cent) of the Fixed Storage Charge payable for the storage Capacity of the Silo Complex in accordance with the provisions of Clause 15.1 and 15.2 for each such Forced Closure in excess of 1 (one).
