Data Analytics; Anonymized Personal Data. Any data collected pursuant to data analytics or monitoring carried out by Revvity in connection with the provision of the Services or otherwise connected with Customer’s use of the Services may include Personal Data. Revvity may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize Personal Data and use such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data, which shall no longer be considered Personal Data, for its own reasonable purposes. Customer hereby authorizes Revvity to Process the Personal Data for the purposes described in this Section 5.12.
