Common use of Data and Measurements Clause in Contracts

Data and Measurements. The data given in the Specifications and shown on the Plans is believed to be accurate but the accuracy is not guarantied. The Contractor must confirm all levels, locations, measurements, and verify all dimensions on the job site prior to construction and adapt his Work into the exact limits of construction. Scale measurements taken from Plans are not considered for more than reference.
