DATA CENTER LOCATIONS AND ISOLATION. If there is a geographic region indicated on the applicable Order or the website where Customer registers for the Hosted Licensed Property, the Customer Data and all operations will reside and execute from the geographic region's data center. All Customer Data passing through Hosted Licensed Property is stored by AvePoint in a Customer-selected data center.

If there is a geographic region indicated on Customer's subscription Sales Quote or the website where Customer registers for the hosted Licensed Property, the Customer’s data and all operations will reside and execute from the geographic region's data center. All Customer data passing through hosted Licensed Property is stored by AvePoint in a siloed database which is neither accessible by nor communicates with other AvePoint Servers.
