Common use of Data Collection and Use Clause in Contracts

Data Collection and Use. Licensee agrees that it shall provide, and that mHUB may process, disclose or transfer, certain data requested by mHUB, including but not limited to operating statistics such as revenue, patents applied for and received, number of new hires, number of products sold, number of new products developed and dollars raised, as well as personal information such as the names, e-mail addresses and job titles of the Licensee's personnel.
