Redistributables. The Product may include certain files, libraries and/or source code specifically designated as "redistributables" by Licensor in the accompanying printed or on-line documentation ("Redistributables") that are necessary to use works (“Works”) created using the Product. From time to time, Licensor may designate other files as Redistributables. Licensee should refer to the documentation, including any "readme" or "deploy" files provided with the Product, for additional information regarding Redistributables. Unless otherwise indicated in a “readme” or “deploy” file, Redistributables may only be distributed as part of Licensee’s Works, in executable, non-source form. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee may freely redistribute source code or compiled code that is entirely Licensee’s own and does not contain any Redistributables.

Redistributables. The Software component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer, except as set forth in this Agreement. Licensee may copy the files specifically identified in the documentation as “redistributables” and redistribute such files to Licensee’s end users of Licensee’s products, provided that: (a) such products add primary and substantial functionality to the redistributables, (b) all copies of the redistributables must be exact and unmodified; and (c) Licensee grants Licensee’s end users a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the redistributables only to the extent required for the permitted operation of Licensee’s products and not to distribute them further. Licensee will reproduce with the redistributables all applicable trademarks and copyright notices that accompany the Software, but Licensee may not use Flexera Software’s name, logos or trademarks to market Licensee’s products.
Redistributables. Licensee may copy any files specifically identified in the Documentation as “redistributables” and redistribute such files with Licensee FNL Products to Licensee’s end users of the Licensee FNL Products, provided that: (a) such Licensee FNL Products add primary and substantial functionality to the redistributables, (b) all copies of the redistributables must be exact and unmodified; (c) Licensee grants the end users of its Licensee FNL Products a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the redistributables only to the extent required for the permitted operation of the Licensee FNL Products; and (d) Licensee informs Licensee’s end users of the Licensee FNL Products of the connection, collection and dissemination of information between such end users, Licensee and/or Flexera, as applicable. Licensee will reproduce with the redistributables all applicable trademark and copyright notices that accompany the FlexNet Licensing Software and/or redistributables, but Licensee may not use Flexera’s name, logos or trademarks to market Licensee’s products. The termination of any FlexNet Licensing Software license shall not require the removal or deletion of the redistributables from Licensee FNL Products that were distributed prior to the effective date of termination.
Redistributables. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and restrictions and exceptions, if any, set forth in the applicable file header, Progress grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free, limited license to reproduce and distribute those files specifically identified as “Redistributable Code” in the file header ("Redistributables") provided that: (i) Licensee distributes the Redistributables complete and unmodified, and only bundled as part of software developed by Licensee (“Licensee Application”); (ii) Licensee does not remove, obscure or alter any proprietary legends or notices that appear on the Redistributables as delivered to Licensee; (iii) Licensee does not use Progress’s name, logo, or trademarks to market the Licensee Application; (iv) Licensee agrees to defend and indemnify Progress and its licensors from and against any damages, costs, liabilities, settlement amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with any claim, lawsuit or action by any third party that arises or results from the use or distribution of any and all components of Licensee Application. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, LICENSEE EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT PROGRESS OR ITS LICENSORS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE REDISTRIBUTABLES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONTENT, QUALITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, EFFECTIVENESS, USEFULNESS OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. REDISTRIBUTABLES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE REDISTRIBUTABLES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Licensee agrees not to permit further distribution of the Redistributables by Licensee’s end users except Licensee may permit further redistribution of the Redistributables by Licensee’s distributors to Licensee’s end-user customers if Licensee’s distributors only distribute the Redistributables in conjunction with, and as part of, the Licensee Application. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee must also discontinue the redistribution of Redistributables.
Redistributables. In addition to the license granted in Section 2, the Licensor grants you the right to use and reproduce the copyrightable elements and presentation layer framework portion of the Product (collectively “Redistributables”), provided: 3.1.1. you may use the Redistributables to create your own intranet portal components, as long as, it is NOT the basis for creating a product that provides the same, or substantially the same, functionality as the Product or any product of the Licensor; and 3.1.2. in the event you develop any modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions to the Redistributables (the “Derivative Work”), either independently or jointly with the Licensor, such Derivative Work and all rights associated therewith will be the exclusive property of the Licensor. You will not grant, either expressly or impliedly, any rights, title, interest, or licenses to any such Derivative Work to any third party. You will, however, be entitled to use such Derivative Work under the terms set forth in the Agreement. You hereby assign all right, title and interest in and to such modifications, Derivative Work to the Licensor. You also agree to execute, acknowledge, and deliver to the Licensor all documents and do all things the Licensor deems necessary or desirable, at no cost but at expense of the Licensor, to enable the Licensor to obtain, secure, register or prosecute such Derivative Work anywhere in the world. You agree to secure all necessary rights and obligations from relevant employees, or third parties in order to satisfy the above obligations.

Redistributables. PRODUCT may include certain files ("Redistributables") intended for distribution by Licensee to the users of software applications created by Licensee. Redistributables include, for example, files identified in printed or on-line documentation as redistributable files. In any event, the redistributables for the PRODUCT are only those files specifically designated as such by Fast Reports Subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee may reproduce and distribute exact copies of the redistributables, provided that such copies are made from the original copy of the PRODUCT or the copy transferred to a single hard disk. Copies of redistributables may only be distributed with and for the sole purpose of executing application programs permitted under this Agreement that you have created using the PRODUCT. Under no circumstances may any copies of redistributables be distributed separately.
