The Company collects, processes, and uses certain personally-identifiable information about the Optionee; specifically, including the Optionee’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance, passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Ordinary Shares or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Share Options or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the Optionee’s favor, which the Company receives from the Optionee or the Service Recipient. In granting the Share Options under the Plan, the Company will collect the Optionee’s personal data for purposes of allocating Ordinary Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company collects, processes and uses the Optionee’s personal data pursuant to the Company’s legitimate interest of managing the Plan and generally administering equity awards and to satisfy its contractual obligations under the terms of the Agreement.
