Data Extractions. During the Term, Customer may extract any Customer Data from the Igloo Environment at any time. Customer may request data extractions through Igloo as Professional Services. Fees, timing and type of data extraction will be based on terms mutually agreed to by the parties in a SOW.
Data Extractions. (a) IGLOO will provide to Customer a one-time XML data extraction of Customer Data via secure file transfer protocol within thirty (30) days of the termination or expiration of this Agreement at no cost to Customer.
