Data Incident. Pursuant to Section 7. 2. of the Data Processing Amendment, in the event of a Data Incident, Google will provide details of the incident, as described in Section 7.2.2, which shall include, to the extent possible, (1) the nature of the Data Incident, the measures taken to mitigate the potential risks and the measures Google recommends Customer take to address the Data Incident, (2) Parents may contact Google to inquire about the Data Incident through the following link xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/a/contact/edu_privacy, also available through the Contact Us section in the Google Workspace for Education Privacy Notice (3) the date or estimated date of the Data Incident, (4) what Customer Data was compromised or reasonably believed to have been compromised by the Data Incident.
