Data Integrity. Each of the Parties acknowledges the importance of ensuring that the activities conducted under this Agreement are undertaken in accordance with the following good data management practices, and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to ensure the following: (a) data are being generated using sound scientific techniques and processes; (b) data are being accurately and reasonably contemporaneously recorded in accordance with good scientific practices by personnel conducting research or development hereunder; (c) data are being analyzed appropriately without bias in accordance with good scientific practices; and (d) data and results are being stored securely and can be easily retrieved.
