Data Policies. Urbana shall develop and disseminate to Champaign its policies and procedures on data distribution or disclosure to other A.R.M.S. user jurisdictions, to data subscribers and to non-subscribers. The policies must be approved by a majority of the User Committee. The data from Champaign or from METCAD concerning Champaign shall continue to be owned by Champaign, and may be utilized only for purposes consistent with law enforcement, and consistent with federal or state statutes. If Urbana receives a Freedom of Information request for Champaign data, Urbana shall refer the FOIA request to Champaign for response. Champaign shall assume all obligations to answer or defend nonanswering of such requests.

The Freedom service plan (“Freedom Plan”) is governed by the Bandwidth Usage Policy and is not subject to a strict data allowance; however, as set forth in Exhibit A, if you use more than 150 GB of data during your monthly billing period, certain speeds of your Internet Service will be slowed, as described in the Bandwidth Usage Policy. Data Policies. Users in an Enterprise Account are subject to the privacy policy set forth by the Administrator. Some Enterprise Accounts provide users with the additional ability to control some privacy settings within the WeVideo service. Under some circumstances, some data may also be subject to WeVideo's privacy policy. For example, if you have privacy settings available in the Manage account section, and you opt-out from all WeVideo privacy settings, then WeVideo is a processor of your Service data based on privacy policies established by your company. If on the other hand, when you are not a student, and you consent to some types of WeVideo data collection, then WeVideo's privacy policy will apply in those circumstances.
