Data PoliciesA policy must be in place to cover data classifications, encryption use, key and certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic algorithms and associated key lengths. This policy must be documented, reviewed, and approved with management oversight, on a periodic basis.
Data Policies. Urbana shall develop and disseminate to the University its policies and procedures on data distribution or disclosure to other A.R.M.S. user jurisdictions, to data subscribers and to non-subscribers. The policies must be approved by a majority of the User Committee. The data from the University or from METCAD concerning the University shall continue to be owned by the University, and may be utilized only for purposes consistent with law enforcement, and consistent with federal or state statutes. If Urbana receives a Freedom of Information request for University data, Urbana shall refer the FOIA request to the University for response. The University shall assume all obligations to answer or defend nonanswering of such requests.

Data Policies. 2.1 Data Ownership. Each Agency retains ownership of its own data. CrossWind does not have any ownership rights to the data. In the event this Agreement is terminated, data will be returned to Agency in the manner and format agreed upon by the Valcour Governance Board and CrossWind
Data Policies. Users in an Enterprise Account are subject to the privacy policy set forth by the Administrator. Some Enterprise Accounts provide users with the additional ability to control some privacy settings within the WeVideo service. Under some circumstances, some data may also be subject to WeVideo's privacy policy. For example, if you have privacy settings available in the Manage account section, and you opt-out from all WeVideo privacy settings, then WeVideo is a processor of your Service data based on privacy policies established by your company. If on the other hand, when you are not a student, and you consent to some types of WeVideo data collection, then WeVideo's privacy policy will apply in those circumstances. For example, if you consent to receive WeVideo marketing communications to learn about our services and how to use them in your work, we will process that marketing data according to WeVideo's Privacy Policy
Data Policies. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with Walmart’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated in these Terms of Service by reference. Removal from Program. Walmart may, in its sole discretion, remove You or any listing from use of Services.
Data Policies. The unlimited data service plans are governed by the Unlimited Data Policy and, as set forth in Exhibit A, after you use a certain amount of data during your monthly billing period, Viasat may prioritize your data behind other customers during network congestion, which will result in slower speeds. The Liberty service plans (“Liberty Plans”) and the Basic 25 service plan are subject to “Priority Data” usage limits which are described in the Data Allowance Policy. If you exceed your Priority Data usage limits, you will receive “Liberty Pass” for the remainder of your monthly billing period. Liberty Pass speeds will be slower than Priority Data speeds, may be extremely slow when the network is busy, do not support video streaming on multiple devices and may not support streaming of high-definition video. More details are set forth in Exhibit A. Exede Classic, Essential 10, Evolution Basic 12 and WildBlue Internet Service plans are subject to strict data usage limits which are described in the Data Allowance Policy. If you exceed your data usage limits, Viasat will significantly slow and/or restrict your Internet Service, or certain uses of your Internet Service, for the remainder of your monthly billing period. The Freedom service plan (“Freedom Plan”) is governed by the Bandwidth Usage Policy and is not subject to a strict data allowance; however, as set forth in Exhibit A, if you use more than 150 GB of data during your monthly billing period, certain speeds of your Internet Service will be slowed, as described in the Bandwidth Usage Policy. The data usage explanations for Internet Service plans are set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Data PoliciesThe Board and the Lead Agency shall, where appropriate, jointly cooperate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and/or protocols which they deem necessary for governing the input of data into and use of the RMS by Parties, User Agencies and Read-Only Agencies. (1) In the event that no joint policies, procedures, rules, regulations, or protocols are so adopted then the Lead Agency shall be authorized to adopt such policies, procedures, rules, regulations, or protocols as it deems necessary to effectively and efficiently operate and maintain the RMS and for providing for input of data into, use of, and access to the RMS by Parties, User Agencies and Read-Only Agencies. (2) All information or data entered into the RMS by a Party or User Agency shall remain the personal property of that Party or User Agency and each such Party or User Agency shall retain all ownership rights, title and interest in such information or data. No person other than a Party or User Agency shall have the authority to enter data into or remove data from the RMS. A Party or User Agency cannot remove or alter the information inputted by another Party or User Agency without that other Party’s or User Agency’s consent. (3) In the event that the Lead Agency receives a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request for information or data which a Party, User Agency, or Read Only Agency inputted into the RMS, the Lead Agency shall tender that FOIA request to each such Party and/or User Agency whose information or data has been requested. The Party or User Agency, as the case may be, shall be solely responsible for responding to the FOIA request. In the event that the Lead Agency is compelled to respond to a FOIA request or is brought into an administrative or judicial (whether civil or criminal) proceeding concerning the handling or response to such FOIA request, then that Party and/or User Agency shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lead Agency in connection with all matters relative to that FOIA request and any response thereto.

Data PoliciesThe facility has the right to monitor data for quality controls and to generate meta-data (CTF, drift). Project relevant data will be temporarily stored within the EM facility. Data can be handed over to the University IT-Department for further data handling and processing on IT-resources. Data are not shared with third parties, only on request. According to the rules of good scientific practice (GSP) scientific data have to be archived at least 10 years. In connection to the STRUBITEM facility for cryo-EM these are mainly the acquired movie- frames. The DFG guidelines request a GSP conform long term data storage but also give the opportunity to apply for the storage costs in their project proposals. If not explicidly negotiated by the user, scientific data that are produced in the StruBiTEM facility, will be stored at the Cologne Competence Center for Research Data Management (C3RDM), according to the rules of GSP. The costs for the long term storage will be invoiced to the user. The actual costs will be published in the actual price list. At the moment the C3RDM is still under construction and will be most probably available end of 2021. Until then, the users are responsible for a GSP conform storage of their data.
