Common use of Data Line Clause in Contracts

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high high-speed internet Internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 413.

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed internet data line that meets Seller’s minimum performance requirements during the Term to enable Seller to record the receive and monitor data regarding electric energy generated by the Systemgeneration and other System information, including site level energy load data. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by monitor and operate the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 44 provided, however, that Purchaser shall have a reasonable period of time to review and contest such estimate.

Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed high‐speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed high‐speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.
