DATA LOSS. With the exception of the provision of hosted services, in the event of any failure in the equipment, service or power supply then Arrow shall not be responsible for restoration of Customer data. The Customer is responsible for taking backups of any configuration settings, user data or dynamic data held within the system to protect themselves in the event of failure.
