Operation on termination and accrued rights. Termination or expiration of this Agreement (in whole or in part) howsoever arising or caused shall: (i) be without prejudice to any rights of either party which have accrued up to the date of termination; and (ii) not operate to affect any provisions that expressly or impliedly survive such termination. In particular, the Customer shall be liable to pay all remaining outstanding Charges.
