Common use of Data Necessary to Perform Services Clause in Contracts

Data Necessary to Perform Services. The Trust or its agent, which may be PFS, shall furnish to PFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at times and in such form as mutually agreed upon if PFS is also acting in another capacity for the Trust, nothing herein shall be deemed to relieve PFS of any of its obligations in such capacity.
