The Seller shall comply with the following terms and conditions provided below that are applicable for the State’s data regardless of the data’s public or non-public categorization unless otherwise specified in the below terms and conditions. Any additional applicable terms and conditions shall be specified in the supplemental agreement and/or purchase order between the Seller and Purchaser(s).
