Data Privacy Acknowledgment. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in the Data Privacy Section of the Award Agreement and by participating in the Plan, you agree to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or your employer, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form to your employer or the Company (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by your employer or the Company) that the Company and/or your employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to execute any such consent or agreement.
Data Privacy Acknowledgment. By electing to participate in the Plan via the Company’s acceptance procedures, the Participant is declaring that he or she agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Personal Data (as defined below) by the Company and the transfer of Personal Data to the recipients mentioned herein, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described herein.
