Processing by the Training Provider Scope: Processing of Personal Data by the Training Provider under the terms of this Agreement whereby the Training Provider provides a programme of academic learning for apprenticeships to Apprentices of the Employer. The collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of Apprentice Personal Data in connection with the Training Provider providing a programme of academic learning for apprenticeships, 2.
